Account and access (Supabase Auth)

Accounts are managed through Supabase Auth, including optional Google OAuth login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription, if applicable. Billing terms, renewal details, and any cancellation rights will be presented at checkout or in your account settings.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
• Do not scrape, copy, or systematically extract data without permission.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass platform protections.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Market data and trading disclaimer

In-Play Tickers provides informational tools only and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate, and all trading decisions are your responsibility.

Availability and changes to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the product or address operational, legal, or security needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, In-Play Tickers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
